I used keithspecialty because of the reviews I read. I like to think I do my homework before any purchases. I ordered a part from them because of their competitive costs and the reviews by other customers. The part arrived promptly but needed to be exchanged because of an ovelooked defect, Keithspecialty sent a new part out immediatly and before shipping they checked the new part for the same defect. You cannot blame them for a vendor's defect but they stood behind their business and "made it right". If only all business' would do this it would be a much better world! I have to say that the service from this company was outstanding. I was having trouble finding the part number for the second item I needed which was a switch. A quick phone call and I got the number. They told me if I got the order placed online it would ship the next day. It sure did! I ordered the parts one evening and had them the day after. They were the correct parts and installed easily. No more combustion fan noise to top it all off. I will be buying here again.
the combustion fan motor went out on my furnace and was lucky to find one at Keith Specialty, the item was shipped quickly and works fantastically, price was better than anyone else I found
