How do I adjust my electrodes?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adjusting electrodes in your oil burner is something normally done by a professional, however it is not rocket science.\u00a0 If the homeowner is capable of doing most home repairs, he\/she can adjust electrodes.\u00a0 The standard cautionary \u00a0notes apply: \u00a0make sure you turn off the system,\u00a0and be careful\u00a0because you are working around fuel oil.\u00a0\u00a0 Make sure you don’t over-tighten the holder, you do not want to crack the\u00a0porcelain.\u00a0\u00a0 If you do not feel comfortable, defer to a professional.<\/p>\n
