With the installation of these new parts my 4 year old gas furnace is operating like is brand new. I now feel safe and secure and warm.
After realizing that I needed to set the thermostat at a temperature that is higher than the house temperature, the furnace worked flawlessly.
The wife is happy, therefore, I'm happy! Connection is a simple matter of using the same labeled connections as on the old board. They are located in different places on the new board.

The board arrived quickly and was a replacement for an obsolete unit (CNT 01849). Unfortunately, the only item in the container was a bare board in a plastic bag. Since this replaces another unit and is not the same configuration, one should be able to expect some installation information pertaining to the connections and the mounting enclosure, which are in different places and of different dimensions than the original.
I don't fault Keith's for this, but rather, TRANE/American Standard. I was a Service Technician for SEARS some years ago and updated parts always had explanations/instructions for the installation and conncetion changes, if any, included with each part.
