20 y.o. furnace had had the inducer replaced once already. I cracked the casing on the 2nd inducer when I probably should have just left it alone. Short of it: there are quality and cheap parts on the internet. Called Keith; he confirmed that he had the part in stock and shipped it the same day. Turned out to be a quality product (as pictured !); great service; reasonable (fair) price. I will support the little guy on the internet every chance I get. Keep up the good work, Keith !
