i would like to thank them for their fast service, however their return policy will not allow me to return a part that i did not use
Our responseWe appreciate the customer's positive response as to receiving the part. With our return policy, we clearly state that electrical parts are non-returnable. This policy is in effect as in the past in some cases, the parts have been installed, the part was shorted out, and then the customer returned the part which was damaged.
The part was delivered super fast and fit perfectly,solveing my problem.
