Order was processed quickly. No problems with the whole process. Received my order in a reasonable time. Would order from the again.
Control valve on my 25 year old furnace quit - pilot worked but no flame. Repairman said they didn't make that model anymore and I would need a new furnace. Ordered one from Keith that was supposed to be a replacement for my old valve. New valve arrived in a couple of days, in perfect condition with all parts and instructions included. The valve was an exact match except for the inlet and outlet sizes, but adapters were included in the box. New valve was easy to install and furnace fired right up. Extremely satisfied with price, speed of service, and quality. Furnace has been working fine ever since. I would definitely use Keith Specialty again, but I hope I don't need to.

The valve arrived promptly complete with installation helpful hints. I installed it. The furnace for our first floor is once again working. If I ever need another furnace part, I'll come back to Keith Specialty Store.
Swapped out an old valve for this one. It works great and will for many years. The adapters were easy to put in and saved $$ instead of calling a "professional".
