I came back to Keith Specialty to purchase a relay for my downstairs air handler 3 years after buying the same part for my upstairs unit and my overall experience was great just as I remembered it from my previous experience. The part was shipped and delivered quicky and it was well packaged. It is a quality part which both times fixed the stuttering occurring with both of my air handlers. Installation was easy as long as done methodically.

My blower fan was acting up stragely. It would not turn on or if it did it would turn on after many minutes of receiving the signal from the thermostat. I replaced this relay and the problem was fixed. I had replaced this same part 8 years ago.
