During one of the coldest times in our state in the last few years, my furnace decided to stop working. My wife called me while I was at work and told me that it broke and her and my 3 month old were freezing. Thankfully we had a space heater to get them through the night. Fast forward to isolating the problem and trying to find a replacement part. Nobody in New Jersey had them. I spent hours on the phone trying to locate one. Finally I came upon your store, and got a fantastic customer service driven rep on the phone. He advised me that he didn't have one in stock, but had two on order. The order had just come in and that if I could be placed on hold that he would personally go check. When he found one of the two that he ordered was in stock, he hand delivered it to the shipping department to await my order. This type of service is a rarity and needs to be commended.
