I ordered a furnace smart valve from Keith Specialty.
They handle my order promptly and answered all my questions. Shipped on time.
After installation I notice the new valve wasn't functioning properly. I sought a second opinion and it was indeed a faulty.
I contacted Dave and I was immediately sent a return authorization packing slip. No questions asked and they were very apologetic this happened. They wanted to send another valve but were out of stock.
I would not hesitate and look forward to doing business with the store again. Superb service..

This valve was delivered quickly and worked as expected. This model valve is sealed better than the original, but it is still possible for water to damage the circuit board under adverse conditions, such as dripping flue condensate, and flooded evaporator pans, etc.
