Utah winters are harsh and having your heater go out is not fun. Could not locate the parts needed locally so searched the web to find them at Keiths. They were prompt in getting the parts to us in 2 days and bam!!, there is heat.. We are so greatful..

the salesperson I spoke with was very helpful. when I found out that their supplier was closer to me than they were she made the phone call to see if I can pick up the furnace part myself. picking it up from the supplier didn't work out but the effort was appreciated. the part came the next day anyway! less than 24 hrs after I ordered it!
Ordered a complete blower unit,when arrived unit was damaged,called Keithspecialty.com immediately sent a new one out, was perfect,would highly recommend this company.
The blower fan died on our furnace on Saturday, and we found the entire blower assembly, brand new, at Keith Specialty Store. We placed the order that same day. The blower shipped out Monday afternoon, and was delivered on Wed. The blower fit perfectly, installed in minutes, and is now running perfectly. The old blower sounded like an old truck driving over a train trestle bridge, but the new one is so quiet, all we can hear is the sound of moving warm air coming from the vents! Thank you so much for your outstanding service, excellent product, and great prices! We would not hesitate to recommend Keith Specialty to anyone, and will not hesitate to do business with them again!
After researching parts and prices on a number of sites, I concluded this was the one for me. This part fits Intertherm m1mb series furnaces (4 BTU models in all), and couldn't be easier to install, for even a novice like myself (this is the full blower wheel assembly, ( just insert inside furnace cabinet, plug in one cord, and turn on). Amazing store. Price was 60 percent less than the next sites cost. The staff are top notch, friendly, helpful and efficient. If there were more stars to give i would have. The only imperfection was the label on the units body was upside down, so what. The part was the perfect fit for me and my home.
By the way from order to at front door at my metro-detroit home was three days. Amazing. Thank you to all the staff at keith specialty and I will use you in the future for my home parts needs.
Awesome products, Awesome prices. Put the blower assembly in and the furnace fired right up. The price of the entire assembly was 1/2 what the local shops wanted for just the motor. I will be recommending these guys in the future.
