Part was not crimped tight enough to withstand rough shipping and it was out of round when received. It vibrated when installed and had to be returned. Keith Supply was great with the exchange.

I have a 17 year old Miller-Nordyne furnace that has been very reliable (82% efficiency). I have no intention of replacing a perfectly good furnace with a newer model that will no doubt be giving me grief. I replaced the old 1/2 hp PSC motor with a new ECM Evergreen motor to save at least 25% on my electricity costs during heating/A/c season. When the tech replaced the old motor and installed the new ECM, he informed me that the old blower wheel was warped around the motor shaft center and that was causing a runout/imbalance and vibration. I searched around and found a replacement blower wheel at Keith's and just got it yesterday. It appears to be a more improved version (as far as the vanes) over the old blower wheel. I will be installing it this week. I appreciate the fast response from Keith's Specialty.com and will be ordering any parts in the future provided it's not an emergency winter month situation where I need the furnace available all the time.
