Thank you to Keith Specialty for saving my 21 year old Burnham Boiler! After discovering my Honeywell automatic gas valve (so called “Smart Valve”) was failing and not starting my pilot light and gas burner (requiring manual tweaking of an electrical connection every time), I thought I was doomed to having to replace the entire boiler which was going to cost thousands of dollars. I called Keith, explained what was going on with my gas valve. The tech k re immediately what the problem was with the gas valve (to be forever known as a “Honeywell Dumb Valve”) and he was able to source a replacement which they had in stock. Amazing! They sent it right away and with about 45 minutes of plumber time for installation, my boiler is up and running again! Thank you Keith Specialty! Awesome job!
The replacement gas valve I ordered arrived quicker than I thought which helped me repair my furnace sooner. The valve was Brand new and installed perfectly. It also revolved the issue with the furnace which is always a plus. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.
