I used keithspecialty because of the reviews I read. I like to think I do my homework before any purchases. I ordered a part from them because of their competitive costs and the reviews by other customers. The part arrived promptly but needed to be exchanged because of an ovelooked defect, Keithspecialty sent a new part out immediatly and before shipping they checked the new part for the same defect. You cannot blame them for a vendor's defect but they stood behind their business and "made it right". If only all business' would do this it would be a much better world! Thank you Keith's for a most pleasant and professional experience.
I have to say that the service from this company was outstanding. I was having trouble finding the part number for the second item I needed which was a switch. A quick phone call and I got the number. They told me if I got the order placed online it would ship the next day. It sure did! I ordered the parts one evening and had them the day after. They were the correct parts and installed easily. No more combustion fan noise to top it all off. I will be buying here again.
