I am extremely pleased with my purchase experience with Keith Specialty Store! I needed to order a Blocked Vent Switch for my furnace, so I contacted them by phone in advance of purchasing it in order to confirm the shipping details. I was told that if I ordered the part by 4:30pm it would go out the same day and they would ship it UPS ground. I was able to do that, and given that they are in the same state as I am, I received it THE NEXT DAY! When one is waiting for a part for their furnace that is critical to its function at a tie when the weather is turning colder, service like this is pivotal. The part and shipping price were very reasonable compared to others out there and the service was off the charts. I would highly recommend Keith Specialty Store and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises!
