Bought on 02/19/2020 lasted until 12/31/2021 that's less than 2yrs. I wouldn't waste the money.
Our responseOur company has sold this item quite often with no product failure. Rarely there may be a defective item but on most occasions when the product fails, there are other factors such as electrodes not aligned correctly, etc.
Highly suggest Keith Specialty, excellent product, received and installed next day.
Never received the order, and I contacted Keith Sales. They sent one from there, new as ordered, and it works good.
your man Jim was very helpful in getting me a transformer that I could adapt to my furnace. I am still working on ,but the transformer does seem to work. Thanks Jim
