Everytime i have trouble locating parts from my normal supply houses i order my parts from you guys its fast simple and prices are very fair and the best is i have my parts within 2 to 3 days. I had trouble finding a part for a trailer unit and i somehow accidently stumbled across your store on the internet and you had my part so i have been using you guys ever since. Thanks for all of your help |

Shipping is overpriced. Cost me $13.50 to send a .13 pound tiny part. Postal Service is way cheaper with priority mail or even flat rate boxes. ***** The following is our comment to this customers' feedback ********* We agree that UPS ground shipping is expensive for some items to some locations. When you encounter this, please call us and we can ship many parts via US Priority mail for less money. US postal does not have the tracking information that UPS has, but if you don't mine that, please ask. Had this customer called us we would have been pleased to ship via US Priority mail. Please note however, our mail pick up is around Noon, our last UPS pick is around 5PM, so if you call after noon, and request postal shipment, it may delay it going out by one day. This customer did not identify them self correctly so we can't confirm the details behind this comment, but we do agree, UPS is expensive for some items to some locations. | I did a lot of research before I purchased a replacement for my well pressure tank. Prior to ordering from your company, I sent an email requesting a little more information and got a very quick response from "Keith" in the sales department. Right after that, I ordered the pressure tank and received it within 2 days. I found the price on the product to be very competitive. NOTE: many other sites that sell pressure tanks, etc. offer "free shipping" but the "free shipping" is ALWAYS figured into the price. I hooked up the new tank and it works great. Great product, very competitive pricing and very fast shipping (along with no sales tax). Doesn't get much better than that. | ||||

| I would like to thank the person (woman, sorry I don't remember your name) that took my phone call late in the day. One of four pipes shipped to me was the wrong diameter. You were very polite and concerned about my problem. You said you would get the correct size out that night. I received the replacement pipe in two days!! I'am a very satisfied customer!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE - THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS SUPPLIER AND I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE PRICE AND HOW QUICKLY I RECEIVED THE PART. NOT ONLY WAS THE TURNAROUND FAST BUT THEY PASSED ON A OVERNIGHT SHIPPING BONUS THEY HAD RECEIVED FROM UPS AND MADE SURE WE HAD THE PART BY THE END OF THE WEEK - ON THANKSGIVING WEEK! ********** following comment added by Keith Specialty Store ************** This customer ordered an item that met certain criteria from our supplier to allow us to drop-ship it via UPS NEXT DAY at a special reduced cost to us. | Wonderful, kind, caring people at Keiths. I had the pleasure of dealing with several people at Keiths when my gas boiler flooded in Hurricane Sandy. After calling all of NYS to try and find a boiler I was lucky enough to have a relative tell me about Keiths. They were so kind and sympathetic listening to my tales of woe. They did everything they could to get me what I needed and shipped it out immediately via UPS Freight. I can't thank them enough for all their help. What a wonderful group of people. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! | ||||
