How to order and shipping/handling info

The Internet shopping cart is our newest way to order.
This site's design makes use of features found in recent graphical web browsers supporting W3C technical standards including JavaScript1.4 and stylesheets.  To see this site as it was designed please upgrade your browser and/or enable JavaScript and stylesheet [CSS] processing and at least 200Kb of temporary cache.

We use cookies only to store information about items in your shopping cart. We do not track any information about you or your visits. We respect your privacy!
Pop-up windows are used only for the shopping cart - never to annoy you.  Pop-up windows are simply a fast way to alert you to problems with data entered into various fields.

To order an item, simply enter the quantity in the input area beside it.
At this time some items including cut and customized items cannot be ordered this way.  Please use another ordering method for those items such as e-mail of telephone.

Still our favorite way! The web is great, but nothing compares to the face-to-face friendly service you get from our knowledgeable sales staff.

Hours: 8:00a to 6:00p Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:00p Saturday ET.
Closed: Sundays and major holidays.

When there is an inventory shortage, we do not back order items unless you specifically request it.
If you wish, we can hold your order until it can be shipped complete.
Back orders are normally not a problem as we have very few out-of-stock items at any given time.

Products shipped to any Pennsylvania address are charged 6% sales tax unless you send us a completed PA Sales Tax Exemption Form by fax or mail with your order.
Exemption form must be signed and dated, with the reason for exemption and your sales tax license number clearly legible.
Incomplete forms will be discarded and we must charge the sales tax.
PA sales tax must be charged on shipping and handling for orders which are taxable.
For tax purposes, the transaction will occur at our Marion Center store.
If you live in another state, you are responsible for complying with your state's laws.

On all UPS orders add $3.00 handling charge.
If you request shipment by U.S. Postal Service, add $5.00 handling charge due to our increased expense as postal regulations require that we take these items to the post office counter.
Some very small items may be mailed in an envelope for a $1.00 handling charge, plus postage, at our discretion.

Handling charges are in addition to actual shipping charges and will be added to all shipped orders except special ordered items shipped direct from the manufacturer or our suppliers.

One rate shipping charge is $9.50 on all orders, unless otherwise noted as large, heavy, or bulky.

We charge you only the actual amount for shipping, plus the above handling charges for large, heavy, or bulky items, or for delivery other than via UPS ground service.

We do not try to make money on shipping and handling.
We ship most orders within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday.

What we do not ship:

• hazardous or flammable products or
• fragile items that are likely to be damaged in transit (fiberglass tubs and showers, glass doors, and china products such as toilets and lavs)

These items must be picked up at our store in Marion Center, PA.

We prefer to ship UPS ground service when possible. We will ship U.S. Postal Service if you request.
For faster service we can ship UPS 3-day Select, UPS 2nd day air, or UPS next day air.

Some items we sell are too large for UPS or U.S.P.S. If your order has to be shipped by a trucking company, we will notify you of freight charges before processing your order.

We ship UPS Worldwide Express (next day air), UPS Worldwide Expedited, U.S.P.S. priority mail, and UPS standard (ground service).

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. PayPal allows you to directly debit your checking account.
We also accept money orders and checks (allow 2 weeks to clear) and, of course, if you come in person we still take cash.
Sorry, we do not ship COD.

If paying by mail with a check or money order, please call 1-800-705-8838 first so we can determine the shipping charge for you.
All payments must be in U.S. currency only.

We will e-mail an order confirmation including shipping charges, sales tax (if applicable), out of stock items and the total amount of your order.
