E-mail us at "Sales at keithspecialty.com" (replace the ' at ' with an @ symbol) with the item #, description, price, shipping info, etc. You can also use the Contact Us form.
For security reasons, we recommend you call us with your credit card information.
Unless we ask you to send attachments in an e-mail, we will not open them.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Saturday ET.
Closed: Sundays and major holidays.
When there is an inventory shortage, we do not back order items unless you specifically request it. If you wish, we can hold your order until it can be shipped completely. Back orders are normally not a problem as we have very few out-of-stock items at any given time.
What about Sales Tax?
Products shipped to any Pennsylvania address are charged 6% sales tax unless you send us a completed PA Sales Tax Exemption Form by fax or mail with your order. Exemption form must be signed and dated, with the reason for exemption and your sales tax license number clearly legible. Incomplete forms will be discarded and we must charge the sales tax. PA sales tax must be charged on shipping and handling for orders which are taxable.
For tax purposes, the transaction will occur at our Marion Center store.
If we ship to another state, currently we do not charge sales tax. You are responsible for complying with your state's laws.
Our shopping cart is set up to charge the actual cost for shipping your order. If you call, email or FAX your order in, we use our shopping cart to determine shipping charges. See our Shipping Information page for more information.
We ship most orders within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday. If your order is received before 3:00 p.m., we make every attempt to ship it that day.
What we do not ship:
These items must be picked up at our store in Marion Center, PA.
- hazardous or flammable products or
- fragile items that are likely to be damaged in transit (fiberglass tubs and showers, hot water heaters, glass doors and china products such as toilets and lavs)
Domestic (United States of America, U.S. Territories & Possessions, APO and FPO Addresses):
We prefer to ship UPS ground service when possible. We will ship U.S. Priority Service for oil nozzles and other items if you request. For faster service we can ship UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
Some items we sell are too large for UPS or postal. If your order has to be shipped by a trucking company, we will notify you of freight charges before processing your order.
We ship UPS Worldwide Express (Next Day Air), UPS Worldwide Expedited, U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and UPS standard (ground service). Note, For UPS standard delivery, UPS charges a extra customs broker fee for delivery to Canada. We do not include nor control that fee. We have an agreement with UPS to limit the fee to $25 if the order is less than $200 and is delivered to a residence.
We ship International Priority Mail and via UPS.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. PayPal allows you to directly debit your checking account. We also accept money orders and checks (allow 2 weeks to clear). Of course, if you come in person, we still take cash.

All payments must be in U.S. currency only. Sorry, we do not ship COD.
We accept payment by bank wire transfer. Please contact us for instructions.
Orders outside of the U.S. and Canada must be paid by wire transfer.
A confirmation order email is sent at the time your order is placed. We process your order usually within one business day (M-F) and e-mail a confirmation to you. This email contains either your tracking number or information about shipping your order including shipping charges, sales tax (if applicable), out of stock items and the total amount. We cannot be responsible for you not being informed if the email address you provide is incorrect, your spam filter stops our email from being delivered, or you do not read the message.
