Our blower motor was beginning to make noise and was on its way out. We had the local HVAC company confirm this and quote a replacement, but it wasn't until we saw the quote that said it was going to be a few months before installation, I knew I had to take this on myself. It took a little research to find the proper motor, and the best price including shipping was from Keith Specialty. I ordered on a Saturday, and it shipped the following Wednesday (exceptional), and I was even able to add the proper capacitor afterward, as well as received a small refund (I overpaid on shipping)
All in all, my experience with Keith Specialty was overwhelmingly positive as I had never had to do this type of work before, and they put my nerves at ease whether or not my family would freeze up here in Ontario, Canada :)

The customer service is just phenomenal. The level of service I experienced here is hard to find at any price. Brenda went way above what most places would do. We were in a bind with no heat and needed a difficult part to find. Brenda took the time to call the parts house and get answers to all of my questions. She then was able to arrange for pickup at a regional facility so we could restore heat to the house. I just can't say how grateful we are. You might find it cheaper somewhere else but the level of service deserves to be reimbursed. Besides with the "cheap" guy you only hope it's the correct part when you get it. From Keith Specialty you can be sure and if a mistake is made I feel confident they would make reasonable efforts to make it right.
You people at Keith's Specialty are true professionals in every way possible. I place my order on Saturday the 25th of October. I sent their customer service a question on Monday concerning shipment, and I had a reply within minutes. That never happens, or I can honestly say it has never happen to me. In addition to answering my question, they saved me money on my shipment. I had my item in hand and installed by mid afternoon Wednesday. My son and I have placed three orders with Keith Specialty Store (KSS) over the past 7 years, for various heating furnace materials. These orders required Technical Support and correct Spare Parts identification. I have never had an experience with customer service as I did with this company. They are phenomenal. I talked to Mike and he went way out of his way to help me. He even helped to diagnose my problem. I ordered several parts from them and the price was best around. I needed a part and their suppliers didnt have it and he sent me a link to order it from someone else. I just wanted to say how happy I am with the help Brenda provided. We were without heat and no vendor in the area had the parts we needed and it was late Thursday. Were it not for Brenda's help we would have been without hot water all weekend. She made a call to her supplier and I was able to get the needed parts shipped air overnight and they arrived this morning. The boiler is running and now we can shower! I have contacted Keith's for furnace parts for sometime and if it is not in stock, they will get it. Shipping is fast and accurate, prices are fair. Everyone at Keith Specialty Store takes the time to discuss the parts and offer advice. I like stocking maintenance parts at home for those breakdowns that happen during the coldest days of winter when the furnaces are working overtime. Can not beat the service!
Hi, I found my boiler had a collapsed combustion chamber on Sunday. Went to your site, and even though I never spoke to anyone, your parts lists were very understandable and the purchase was incredibly easy. I ordered on sunday and received the order on tuesday. the kit was very complete and instructions easy. Installation was a breeze. I'm back in business.

My sincere "Thank You" to Mike for his assistance troubleshooting a problem with my furnace. He checked stock before I drove an hour and a half to pickup a replacement part. This is the third time Keith Specialty has been there with their excellent knowledge and parts to get my furnace back into operation and keep my family warm. They are the first place I call when I have a problem with my furnace.
Ordered a fan control switch for an old outdated Reznor hanging garage furnace. Got the correct part in a timely fashion. Only work I had to do was cross reference the old part number to the newer updated version before ordering the part. Due to the fact that the old part was discontinued. Furnace works great now, couldn't be more happy with my buying experience.
I submitted a question after hours pertaining to the replacement of a heating element in an older air handling unit and had a response first thing the next morning (which was a Saturday). My follow-up emails were responded to quickly throughout the remainder of the day. Brenda was very helpful and professional. Thank you, I will bookmark this site for sure.

I would first like to start by thanking Mike and Brenda for their awesome customer service! I was having one of the hardest times finding the part I needed for my heating unit and I thought I would never find my part. But, with one swift click of the mouse I ran across this fine store and made the call and got ahold of Mike. He was very helpful and got my part looked up in a few seconds and tracked one down for me. He didn't have one in stock but had one dropped shipped to my house and I got it in only 3 days, which to me is amazing! I have not had this caliber of friendly customer service in ages. I truly look forward to working with Keith Specialty again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated like a human and not just a customer. I needed some nozzles for my Beckett burner.
I found the Keith Specialty site through a search & liked the way the site was laid out.
I sent them an email on a Friday,prior to actually ordering as it was important that if I ordered, they had them in stock, as sometimes online "in stock" isn't always updated on some sites.
I got a reply an hour later, saying they did in fact have plenty.
I replied I would contact them on Monday to place an order after I verified something with Beckett service in Ohio.
I did and called Keith Monday morning.
They took my order over the phone, super polite and laughed at my bad jokes.
Parts shipped out a few hours later & I have them here ready for install on Friday.

I needed a combustion chamber kit for my H.B. Smith oil furnace; the original refractory lining disintegrated! Initially I had some trouble finding a new one either locally or on the web, and when I did was quoted crazy prices for it. And then I found the Keith Specialty website. Not only was the price for the kit so much more affordable, the shipping charge was reasonable and the kit was here seemingly overnight! I know nothing about fixing furnaces but am having to learn fast and it's great to know that I have a wonderful resource for parts. The faq's and info on their website have been very helpful to me as well, and gave me the confidence to try doing my own repair and maintenance work on my oil burner and furnace. Thanks so much for providing such a great website!
Thank you for your prompt service! I recently encountered a problem on my old Thermoflo boiler; when the t-stat was satisfied, the main circ pump would not shut down and subsequently overheated the house. I searched all over my town looking for a transformer/relay. I got the same answer.....'We can't get those any more.' So, I searched on line and discovered Keith Specialty Store and found the Honeywell replacement part that I needed. I ordered the part on a Saturday and figured it would be the end of the following week before I even heard that it had been sent. To my amazment, I RECEIVED the part the following Tuesday! Basically a 2 day turnaround! The part was brand new and matched perfectly and solved my problem! Hats off to your EXCELLENT service and fair price!
I was in need of a smart valve for our furnace. After picking myself up off the floor once my HVAC guy gave me his quote for the replacement part, I decided to do some research online. Lucky for me, I discovered Keith Specialty Store! I called on Saturday afternoon and was told that the part I needed was in stock. However, since I live in Massachusetts, it was suggested that it ship directly from Keith's regional distributor. I received an order confirmation with tracking number first thing Monday morning. The new valve shipped that same day, arrived the next day (yesterday) and is in the process of being installed as I'm writing this. That wasn't always my job but don't let anybody kid you when us guys retire we don't retire we just get a new boss!! BEWARE!! The web store is logically organized and it was easy to find what I was looking for. Your Burner/Beckett parts are quite substantial and well priced. I wish you had Burnham parts too but I understand that they like to keep things to themselves. I have a Burnham LE-DVIII and it has run for just 10 years without too much TLC. Can't make much money if you don't have to supply parts. You obviously care about your customers because you respond quickly and your orders are amazingly quick to arrive. I had been searching all day for help in getting my oil furnace serviced for the season. No one local would help me, I had called many local HVAC repair contractors to service my oil furnace. Some said if they didn't install it they wouldn't work on it. The local "supply" store wanted an arm and a leg for the tune up parts, double what you sell them for on your web site, with no technical help. A basic cleaning and service was going to run 250-300 bucks. I got all the parts I needed, and the tech info to do the job myself for apprx. 60 bucks. Thankyou for the service you provide, saving money is especially important now with fuel costs sucking cash out of our wallets! Your at the top of my favorites!
I did a lot of research before I purchased a replacement for my well pressure tank. Prior to ordering from your company, I sent an email requesting a little more information and got a very quick response from "Keith" in the sales department. Right after that, I ordered the pressure tank and received it within 2 days. I found the price on the product to be very competitive. NOTE: many other sites that sell pressure tanks, etc. offer "free shipping" but the "free shipping" is ALWAYS figured into the price. I hooked up the new tank and it works great. Great product, very competitive pricing and very fast shipping (along with no sales tax). Doesn't get much better than that.
The blower fan died on our furnace on Saturday, and we found the entire blower assembly, brand new, at Keith Specialty Store. We placed the order that same day. The blower shipped out Monday afternoon, and was delivered on Wed. The blower fit perfectly, installed in minutes, and is now running perfectly. The old blower sounded like an old truck driving over a train trestle bridge, but the new one is so quiet, all we can hear is the sound of moving warm air coming from the vents! Thank you so much for your outstanding service, excellent product, and great prices! We would not hesitate to recommend Keith Specialty to anyone, and will not hesitate to do business with them again!
I recently needed a control board for an outdated Trane heating furnace, and decided to call Keith Specialty shop for a replacement part. Keith's tech staff is very knowledgeable and complement the customer service staff very nicely for a customer to have an overall very positive experience. After consulting with the tech to figure out the correct part number, I ordered the replacement part on line and had the part delivered within the estimated time frame by the delivery service. I highly recommend contacting Keith Specialty for HVAC needs. I know I will if and when I need another replacement part delivered. Well run business, keep up the good work.

My second experience was as great as the first. I am not a professional repair technician, I am a homeowner. But the first time I called KSS I was treated as though I were spending thousands of dollars. A very knowledgable and friendly representative helped me find the parts I needed to repair my home heating system. So when I needed parts to do the annual servicing again, I went online with confidence knowing that I would have the right parts delivered quickly and for a decent price. I was not disappointed. I wanted to take a second to thank you for the great service. I called on a Saturday and talked with Keith at length about my failed Armstrong furnace variable speed blower motor. The Furnace is 9 years old and the motor and controller and been replaced by revised parts twice. Keith found the correct replacement part numbers and even checked availability. I ordered the parts on Sunday and they arrived as requested on Tuesday. Parts installed and everything fits and works like new. Navigating the website to find the part ( limit switch ) that I was looking for was easy. The price was really good too. but I was surprise that there wasn't a cheaper method of shipping, than the 2 days for $15.56, something like $5 or $6 something for 5 to 7 work days would have been good. I ordered my parts late evening Wednesday before store closed Pacific time, I received parts the following week on Tuesday a little bit after 12 pm. That wasn't 2 days shipping. Haven't had to install the part (product) on my furnace yet. Don't know how it will work.
Wonderful, kind, caring people at Keiths. I had the pleasure of dealing with several people at Keiths when my gas boiler flooded in Hurricane Sandy. After calling all of NYS to try and find a boiler I was lucky enough to have a relative tell me about Keiths. They were so kind and sympathetic listening to my tales of woe. I would like to thank Brenda and Dianne personally for their help and service. We would have spent the holiday without heat if they had not gone above and beyond to find the part we needed and made sure we received it the next day. I had a boiler gas valve that was clicking and bussings a lot but still working. Since I winter in Florida, I did not want to leave it. So I purchased a replacement valve that was a updated replacement valve. The new valve arrived 2 days after the order. It had all the extra parts needed to install and great instructions. In about 2 hours it was in and doing its job. There are no sounds and the light up is a smooth quiet operation. I am sleeping good at night and heading to Florida relaxed. I needed a replacement draft inducer for my furnace. I found Keith Specialty on-line. I called them and the person on the line was extremely helpful. He made sure that the replacement part I ordered was the correct inducer for my furnace. The order was shipped promptly and was well packaged. I highly recommend Keith for HVAC parts which usually can't be bought locally unless you are "licensed" and have an account with the supplier. The pricing is very reasonable and the service is professional and courteous.
I had been looking for a part for an older furnace. I could get it locally but it was really expensive. There were a few other places I found this part on line, but could not tell if this was actually the part I needed. Plus, once I read the reviews of these places I was pretty sure that I would not get a good working part. I found Keith Specialties, read the reviews and the specs for what I needed and ordered. I want to thank Fred at Keiths specialty for his excellent service. On Thursday Feb.6 my damper motor failed on the furnace in my house. Called local supply stores and nobody had one. Called Keiths and talked to Fred who told me that they didn't have one in stock but could have one shipped from their supplier in Mass. Friday Feb.7 midday the part was at my house and installed in 20 minutes,problem solved. By the way, they were the best price I could find on the net. Thank you
Our Brookings Oregon theater uses a Buckett oil (diesel) heater. We have no area oil service stores.
In search for some parts, I contacted Keith Specialty Store due to viewing some of their You Tube videos.
My experience with this company could not have been better.

I ordered an oil furnace part and there was a problem with delivery. Keith Specialty took upon themselves and overnight-ed the part. Which saved three days on delivery as my shop needed heat.
Because of that I ordered another part (2 parts were bad) and they had Mike call me back to go over what was happening with the furnace and to make sure I was getting the correct part.
The furnace is now running.

This company, especially Brenda, is heads and shoulders above most others that I have dealt with. We had our furnace go on the blink in during the Coronavisus disaster and I was glad just to find someplace open and never expected service like I got. They didn't have the needed part on hand but Brenda called one of their suppliers and withing minutes I had a tracking number that the part was on the way. Again, great people and super service!
Ordered a new replacement part for my boiler, it arrived as promised, however, the part did not function. Called Keith Specialties back and told them about my issue they they quickly resolved the problem and even had the manufacture drop ship a new replacement part directly to me, so that I would have heat and hot water back on before winter returned. Definitely go with Keith Specialties for all your plumbing needs. Excellent service!

Was pleasantly surprised to get an email in early July saying my order had been shipped. Received item several days later. Am very pleased with the clear and accurate communications I received. I needed a limit control switch for my furnace, I ordered it and had it sent 2nd day air. They saw I lived close and could drop ship from their supplier, and do UPS ground which will only take one business day to arrive, so they only charged for UPS ground service and refunded the difference to my account. That is the kind of people you want to do business with and will in the future. Thanks for looking out for the little guy.
Contacted them about a blower-motor part. They were quick with a price, and provided excellent customer service by advising against purchasing the part and instead spending that money on a newer unit. They made no money on this exchange, but they earned a fan & a future customer. Solid company, trustworthy people to act in a customers best interest. I located your store via an internet search for oil furnace parts/supplies. I was skeptical of locating parts for my 50-yr. old furnace, but with outstanding customer service from Mike Lemmon, I found the EXACT MATCHES for the needed igniter electrodes and transformer. The parts were received on time, in good condition, and fit perfectly. I cannot say enough about Keith Specialty Store. Thank you, and keep up the great work.
After 30 years in the business I'd rate the service I got from Keith Supply was not only good it was outstanding. Anyone in the trade for a long time sees their share of poor suppliers. The organization of the website could be improved greatly. I was not going to click through every page reading every product. However a simple phone call rectified this. This site had the parts I was looking for. I spent days online trying to find the parts I needed for my HVAC unit in my home. Contacting them was very easy. They were very informative. They are super fast on there shipping to get you the parts you. To put you back in control of your in home climate. The next time I need HVAC parts. This site will be my first stop. We needed a chamber kit. We have a burnham V-7. We called to check if it was the swing-out door or non swing out door. They told us to order the Lynn 1066(non-swing door) rather than the Lynn 1074(swing-door) which we did. We have the swing-out door where the burner head hinges out with one bolt holding it closed-needing the 1074. We called Keith's and they immediately sent the correct one Lynn 1074 free of charge.
I didn't know exactly what the part numbers were for my rusted out Trane but the people at KeithSpecialty did. They also provided free advise based on the symptoms I described. I ordered the parts and received them within two days. My air handler lives once again. I'm thinking of ordering parts for my old B-W water heater from here, too. Very satisfied customer -- thank you Brenda and techs at KeithSpeciality.
When we were building our house, we needed help figuring out radiant floor heating and how to get water from a spring into the new home. The staff at Keith's were very helpful and they we able to provide all the supplies we needed. There is nowhere else that we know of that would take the time to help us the way they did at Keith's. Good prices, personal attention, and honesty, what else would you want?
Keith Specialty (no relation) had the right part, a 5" pump coupling, to get my oil burner (37 years old) back up and running. They also gave me good advice on how to install it correctly. Plus they had the part in stock and shipped it out same day; very nice given the need for a working furnace during this cold weather (Jan 2023). Their excellent business will keep me coming back for all my HVAC needs!
Terrific service, competive price, and arrived on time. I would definitely recommend Keith Speciality for furnace parts. The part looked different than the original, but Keith's team checked with their supplier first, and it was committed that the part would fit, and work in my 11 year old Heil high efficiency furnace. It fit perfectly, and included all the new hardware and gaskets for the installation.
Cons - can't help you there!
Pros - quick order, on time delivery (apart from Columbus Day), as ordered and working. Cost including freight was less than dealing locally in Canada. The KSS information is more accurate that the Reznor site documentation.
First time but, I expect, not the last time to trade here. It's been sub-zero (C) for the last week so very pleased to have heat again.

I was having a hard time finding the propane gas valve our heater needed. First place took the order and my money and then canceled order and said "inventory issue" and it would take a week to refund my money. Two more failed attempts followed before I tried Keith's. They were out of stock also but followed up and found it elsewhere and arranged 2 day shipping. This is amazing service and support. A+

I was confused regarding a part for my 90s Rheemheat handler. Evidently the part had been changed out more than once and the wiring looked like it too was altered. I emailed Keith's and the tech got back first thing Monday and full explained the pictures I sent. i recently purchased some nozzles and filters and a few other things i needed to tune up two oil furnaces. keith speciality store was the place to go from the time i ordered it to the timely emails and shipping info was great. i also liked the way the items were packed to prevent damage, they take pride in there work. i highly recomend them if you need parts .
I started my furnace this year only to find out it didn't work. After troubleshooting I found a couple of parts had gone bad, got on the web and found Keith Specialty Store and the parts I needed. The heat in my house went out over the weekend. I identified the part I needed on Sunday. I placed the order and it was shipped out on Monday. Today is Tuesday and my house once again has heat. Spoke with someone on Monday about a part I needed for my furnace. Wish I had gotten his name. He was very helpful and courteous. I recieved my part in 2 days as I was told. He did offer a next day delivery but I declined. I am now happy and warm in W. Groton, MA. Thank you Keith Specialty Store I will use your services again when in need.

Your response time is excellent and you appear to try to bend over backwards to please. Unfortunately with the temperature here being 10 degrees and a forecasted minus 10 tomorrow with Saturday being minus 25 the time for shipping is too long to wait.

I have ordered several times in the past and have received quality parts at a great price. Orders are Shipped and arrive fast. I also like the oil furnace blog it has helped me maintain older units and keep costs down and the heat on.

No one ever plans for their furnace to break....and it's always on the cold days that you need it the most! I ordered online at 4:30pm, chose next day shipping, and had the parts at my door before noon the next day.

I ordered a small part weighting only 2 pounds for my ac unit using 2nd day air due to having a baby at home. I ordered the part near the close of business on tuesday. However I did not recieve a shipping notification until thursday. I paid more than 25 dollars for second day air. If I wanted my parts three days later I could have gotten them from a local supplier for almost the same cost. One day may not matter to some but when you live in texas with a agitated wife and 20 month old baby one day is one to many. Note from Keith Specialty Store: We understand this customer's frustration in not getting his order when expected. Our investigation into this customer's order shows it was placed at 5:50 PM on May 14, Tuesday. It was shipped Wednesday, May 15 via UPS 2 day from one of our suppliers. I made order on 22 of November and never received my order.
After emailing them they replied that (My credit card did not process so we did not process the order. The credit card company should see that it didn't go through).
after I double checked with my credit card company they confirmed that the Money was transferred to there account.
I have all the emails between me and them and I have prove that the money went to there account.
Conclusion:
Don't order from this company.
They will tell you that your money is not received yet and bla bla .... .
Mostly they are a fraud company.
