I just installed these today. One of the igniter rods slipped through the ceramic rod. Apparently the hole in the washer that holds it in place (on the tip side) was too large or the dimple in the igniter rod wasn't fully formed so the igniter rod slipped through the ceramic rod. I managed to make it work but it was a pain. In fact I ordered an extra set in case my handy work doesn't hold up. I just wanted to let you know.
