I have an 18 year old Trane XE 1200, model number TWP030C100A4, and the condenser fan motor bearings locked up. I purchased this motor as a replacement and other than having slightly higher power (1/5 HP vs original 1/6 HP) it was an exact duplicate, so my replacement was easy! One note of caution - I had to re-use the nuts that attach the motor to the top of the condenser housing so you might want to be careful when removing the old motor. I didn't need the capacitor, but if I did, I'm not sure I could use the one I purchased from Keith's. Although it has the same capacitance and voltage, it's MUCH smaller than the original.
