I found this item on line and was in a real pinch to get it as none of my local suppliers could have it in less than four days. Things did not go as planned on next day shipping, but that was on UPS and not Keith's. It was frustrating but Diane helped me through it and the motor arrived in time before a hard freeze. Wonderful customer service, great product and would happily use them again.
Nordyne/Maytag is not very common in my area and comes with a very hefty price tag locally. Keith's was by far my best choice and Diane provided the best customer service I have experienced in years.
The motor was not an exact replacement as the wiring harness did not match up to the older control board. Found this to be a common issue on Google. Reused the wiring harness from the old motor and the unit was up and running in 30 minutes. I would suggest replacing the control board as well, since both parts are obsolete and the newer revisions work seamlessly together.
