I ordered a part from them, and I'm out of country. The part was cheap but the shipping was expensive.They charged and sent me two parts guessing they knew I wouldn't send it back because of the shipping. When asked if there was anything they could do for some customer service, they never replied. Order your stuff from a reliable and reputable place....anyplace other than keiths.
Our responseThe customer did in fact place two orders within a 2 day period. At times, we have customers who place repeat orders for the same item. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse the customer for the added shipping cost but would refund the cost of the part once we had received it without damage or installation of said item. In this case, the customer's shipping costs were more due to the item being shipped to outside the United States.
