1/2 IPS brass stop & waste valve, lead free

This is a 150 psi female threaded Stop and Waste valve for water. It is usually used to prevent damage to the pipe from freezing. Remove the waste cap on the side of the valve to drain the water from the pipe back to the valve. Maximum temperature rating is 180 F (82 C), PTFE gland packing, NBR rubber seat.
