This lead free brass boiler drain valve has a male thread on one end and a 5/8" male garden hose thread on the other. This valve has many uses beside a drain for your boiler. It can be used to replace a water heater drain, as a cheap outdoor faucet, shut-off valves for a washing machine and more. Maximum temperature is 180 F (82 C), pressure rating 150 psi.
